Libby can guide you in many different breath work practices and techniques. Breath is life. It nourishes us with vital oxygen. It can calm us when we are stressed. It increases our energy and immunity. It can also lower blood pressure, improve circulation, help to manage pain, strengthen lungs, remove toxins and improve sleep.
